With four years left until the 2030 deadline, only 18% of SDGs are on track, while temperatures exceed +1.55 °C and 2.3 billion people remain food insecure. The 2nd International Congress SDBQL 2026 takes place at this pivotal moment to advance this critical agenda.

Rooted in a systemic and transdisciplinary approach, the congress explores the resource nexus — water, energy, food, land, and materials — as a unifying framework to reduce SDG trade-offs. It highlights green innovation, mineral security, and the imperatives of social justice and inclusive governance.

SDBQL 2026 is a space for dialogue and co-construction bringing together scientists, practitioners, policymakers, and civil society to collectively build a shared vision beyond 2030, from Tlemcen, Algeria.
