À quatre ans de l'échéance 2030, seulement 18 % des ODD sont en bonne voie, les températures dépassent +1,55 °C et 2,3 milliards de personnes souffrent d'insécurité alimentaire. Le 2e Congrès International SDBQL 2026 se tient à ce moment charnière pour faire avancer cet agenda crucial.
