À propos du Congrès

À quatre ans de l'échéance 2030, seulement 18 % des ODD sont sur la bonne voie, tandis que les températures dépassent +1,55 °C et que 2,3 milliards de personnes demeurent en insécurité alimentaire. Le 2ème Congrès International SDBQL 2026 se tient à ce moment charnière pour faire avancer cet agenda critique.

Ancré dans une approche systémique et transdisciplinaire, le congrès explore le nexus des ressources — eau, énergie, alimentation, terres et matériaux — comme cadre unificateur pour réduire les arbitrages entre ODD. Il met au premier plan l'innovation verte, la sécurité minérale et les impératifs de justice sociale et de gouvernance inclusive.

SDBQL 2026 est un espace de dialogue et de co-construction réunissant scientifiques, praticiens, décideurs et société civile pour bâtir collectivement une vision partagée au-delà de 2030, depuis Tlemcen, Algérie.

Paradigme DSR — Vision du Congrès

Le congrès s'inscrit dans le paradigme du Design Systémique Régénératif — une approche qui dépasse la simple durabilité pour viser la restauration active des écosystèmes. De l'agroécologie régénérative aux villes résilientes, chaque contribution est invitée à proposer des solutions systémiques co-créées avec les communautés locales.
